In addition to the above application forms, please take a copy of pages 1 and 3 of the Secondhand Dealer Permit and mail them together.

After receiving the application form, we will send the invoice to your address.
Please transfer the amount on the invoice via bank transfer within one month.
After the payment is received, we will mail the product to your address in about one month.
